Kia Orana Whanau- Week 2

What an amazing week celebrating the Cook Island culture. We started off the week with the raising of the Cook island flag. It was great to have it flying for the week.  Rowandale ended the week with an awesome assembly. Aroha 4 are very proud of all of the students who participated especially those in Aroha 4- Jerry, Zjayden, Ivana, Nicole, Shania, Kyra and Niah. You all did awesome!!

This week we also learn't the importance of stencilling in the Cook Island culture. We gave it a go and boy was it fun. We got to choose our colours and which pattern template we wanted to use. We can't wait to show you all the end product.

A big welcome to Mele a new student in Aroha 4. Mele had a great first week and enjoyed FMS and Cook Island stencilling.  Here is Aroha enjoying their first session back at FMS. We learn't how to work together as teams and practice our foot dribbling ball skills.
